Zovo Envelope Printer
Print addresses on envelopes from a list or spreadsheet, at the real envelope size.
Zovo Envelope Printer prints addresses on envelopes at home. Paste an address list, attach a CSV or Excel file, or type the names, and get a PDF with one page per envelope at the real size of a #10, #9, A2, A6, A7, A9, 6x9, 9x12, DL, C6, C5 or C4 envelope (or a custom size), with your return address in the top-left corner and each delivery address placed inside the USPS read area. Addresses abroad follow the destination country's line order (postcode before the city in Germany or France, postcode on its own line in the UK, country name last in capitals). Each address gets its own envelope; missing ZIP codes, unknown states and lines that had to wrap are listed for checking.
What it does
- One PDF page per envelope at the real size: #10, #9, #6 3/4, Monarch, A2, A6, A7, A9, 6x9, 9x12, 10x13, DL, C6, C5, C4 or custom
- Addresses from a pasted list, typed names, or an uploaded CSV/Excel file (Google Contacts, Outlook, Etsy, Shopify headings)
- Return address in the corner; delivery address inside the USPS read area
- International line order by country and the country line only for mail abroad
- Long lines wrap and shrink instead of being cut; problems listed per envelope

Limitations
- Addresses are formatted, not checked against a postal database; no postage, stamps or barcodes
- Up to 1,000 envelopes per PDF
- Korean, Hebrew, rare Chinese characters and emoji do not print; the envelope is marked and the CSV keeps the full text. Arabic prints but its letter joining is basic
- Lines over 600 characters are shortened and flagged
- Printer feed directions differ by model; print the test page on plain paper first
